IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE FOR DELIVERY?
Not at all. We will deliver and set up items however small the hire is.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply contact us via the contact form with a list of items you would like to hire and we will get back to you with the necessary details and your quote.
IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?
Delivery and collection is free within 25 miles of south Birmingham. Anything further afield will be charged at 0.45ppm after the 25 mile free radius.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
When ever you are ready and have made a decision on what you would like. The is no rush but obviously availably is not always guaranteed, so book as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
once you have placed your order and accepted your quote, we will send you and invoice for 20% deposit. Once this is paid, your order is confirmed. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to the start of the hire date.
